Guys, I want a car!! My husband and I arrived in America in January and we live in State College, PA. Without a car, you can’t do lots of stuff. But we couldn’t buy one, not enough money at the beginning. After, the wedding, thanks to all our family and friends, we get the money but some trouble for the car registration… We can’t have our driver licence because our visas are for one year (Which is going to be extended). We were so lost. But finally, we can have a Pennsylvania ID which allows us to register a car! Alleluia!!
But now… we have to find a car…without a car…
We found some cars around Harrisburg and Pittsburg, we will try to see them on Friday. I really hope to find one. There is a Bus service in State College but we have a bus every 40 minutes and every hour for the weekend. It’s very hard to go at the supermarket and take the bus with all the bags. I really hope we’ll find!
But today, I want to share with you a very selfish dish! Okey, Actually, you can do it more bigger with few eggs BUT my husband works a lot and for lunch, I am often alone.
During these moments, I like to do something quick but healthy. I often go at the gym in the morning, so I’m hungry but I don’t want to lose all my effort. That kind of recipe is perfect for that!
Did you know this dish? I think it comes from Morocco but it’s very trendy on Pinterest. I saw some version with greens, I definitely have to try!
Hope you will like! Let me know 🙂
ps : don’t forget I’m French, I can make some English mistake, let me know, I want to learn.
