Healthy food is not only a trend, but it’s also a new way of life. People want to eat better to feel better. I’m one of them. I started running two months ago and I love it, but fat food doesn’t help in my progression. I don’t say I eat bad food. If you know the blog and if you follow me on Instagram, you know I love healthy food, but sometimes, I fail. My husband and I love to take a break for the weekend. We get delivered or go to the restaurant and that’s great! I love it. My body doesn’t when I run the next day…
This salad with arugula is your new remedies after a bad weekend or a fat restaurant. It is very simple to make. Honestly, it’s ready in 15 minutes! You will have a lot of nutriments on it with vitamines. The best are the ingredients. When the healthy food trend started a few years ago, there one million of new products, most of them were very difficult to find! Now, you can find superfood at Walmart, it’s very convenient (and less expensive). But this pretty salad is made with simple ingredients, don’t forget, they are the best! Even if a carrot is not sexy, it is so good for you!
Why this salad is healthy?
Carrots contain antioxidants, they are great for your skin and protect against cancer. They also have vitamin A, great for your vision. In addition to having vitamin A arugula has lots of power. It is rich in calcium (what is better to have it with plants than lactose). Lemon is a great source of vitamin C which protects your cells and it aids digestion. Then, quinoa has proteins and fibers but is also gluten-free, it will tire less your intestines.
This salad is great for you and your body! It tastes great and it’s so simple to make. I’m sure you will love it. I wish you a wonderful day, I’m going to my running!Print
