I’m getting more and more American in the way I eat! In France, for every meal we sit down on table and take time to appreciate. I take my time for my breakfast but not for lunch. During the week, I’m alone for lunch because my fiancé works at the Uni. So most of the time I go to the gym in the morning and I’m going back at home late, around 1 pm. After, I take a shower or I do some stuff and it’s 2 pm. I’m generally not super angry and I want to do something quick and easy. I make a lot of salads (what I always did in France) but now, I make sandwich time to time.
The idea of this bagel come from what I’ve found on Walmart the other day. Wandering through the walkways (I love do this), I took whole wheat bagel and delicious Walmart guacamole. This one is very great ! Not very expensive and pretty healthy. I came home, I opened the refrigerator and I had some hummus, feta and kale! And the idea came to me!
Delicious bagel with some hummus on a face of bagel, guac on the other, some kale, feta and pickles, simple, quick to do, healthy AND delicious! I know, it’s note really a recipe, but it’s a great idea and I promise you will like it 🙂

Houmous and guacamole bagel with kale

Ingredients
- 1 whole wheat bagel
- 2 tbsp guacamole
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 1 handful kale
- 5 pieces of bread and butter pickles
- 1 tbsp feta cheese
Instructions
- Start to grille the two slices of the bagel. After it, spread one piece with guacamole and the other one with hummus. Add the pickles on the hummus and the feta and kale on the guac. Assemble it and enjoy.
