You can make so many recipes with salmon! I think you will find more recipes with this ingredient in this blog because I love it. It’s healthy and delicious. What I also like is salmon is quick to cook. You can prepare it and cook it and eat it! Cause you don’t always want to spend hours in the kitchen.
Today I want to offer you a spicy version with simple ingredients. I really like to have an intuitive cuisine. I look at what I have in my cupboards and I improvise a recipe. I think it’s very French to do that, I’ve always seen my grandma and mom do this.
I’m happy to find good product. When I arrived in Pennsylvania two months ago, I was a little worried because I didn’t find fish right away. In France we have market with fish merchants, cheese makers, vegetable salers, etc. I started with Walmart, it was the only one I knew from my previous trips to the US and there were only a few pieces of fish, I was a little disappointed.
But I discovered so many stores after this day! I tested Trader Joe’s, Giant and especially Wegmans. This last one is my favorite! I can find a lot of good products and they have a big fish stall. It’s great! For some products, Wegmans is a little bit expensive but I take my time and I try to balance with basis products and good quality products.
I hope you will like this recipe! Do no hesitate to let a comment below 🙂
