Sorry for my silence!! I came back in France Thursday. I was busy and jet-lag! But I come back with a new delicious recipe, this lemon and herbs chicken.
I’m happy to be back in my country. I will be there for some weeks. My wedding is for April 27th (Yes!! I’m getting married!!). I have so much stuff to do for this day. You know, flowers, food, decoration.. With a very small budget it will be difficult but we will do it!
This recipe was for my beautiful fiancé. He loves healthy food for the week when he works. And he loves chicken. Actually, you have to know I’m vegetarian! But I cook meat, poultry and fish for him and my family. I know, it looks weird. Food is my passion and I cook everything. BUT I I’m trying to make he becomes vegetarian like me. I also want to share French gastronomy with this blog so, here the meat!
Anyway, this recipe is very easy to make, healthy and delicious (approved but the fiancé). You can prepare it for a lunchbox, it’s perfect! For the side, you can try it with brown rice or quinoa if you prefer.
Hope you will like it!
- 2 chicken breast
- 1 1/2 lemon
- 1/2 bunch parsley
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper
- Chop the parsley and cut in pieces the chicken. Mix the juice of one lemon, olive oil and parsley. Add the chicken pieces and let it for 30 minutes.
- Pour everything in pan at medium heat and sauté for 10 to 15 minutes add some salt and pepper. The chicken will be tender.
- For the side, I choose pasta, you can reserve some juicy preparation and pour in the pasta, it will be good.
