
This granola is healthy, easy to make and delicious! Few years ago, I always bought already made granola. It was not the best choice! There is lots of sugar on it and most of the time, lots of stuffs you don’t need at all. This recipe is simple and you don’t need hours to make it.
You can prepare a million different granola. This time I choose cranberry trail mix but I will share with you all my recipes of granola. You can make it with chocolate, others fruits with banana as sugar (so healthy!), etc.
I really want to eat very healthy. I decided to start running. I think it’s one of the better workout you can do. You burn lots of calories and it’s a total workout. I have the chance to practice in the big Recreation Building of Penn State. This gym building is enormous and you can do what you want. All the machines are new and very expensive, it’s a real chance. It’s not very expensive for me and I think it’s free for students! Great opportunity to practice more.
I’m at the beggninnig of this new adventure. For the moment, I walk 1 minutes at 4mph and I run 4 minutes at 5mph. I repeat 6 times and I add 5 relax minutes of waking. Today, I burned 400 calories in 35 minutes! So proud of myself. Tomorrow I have a yoga session. I’m ready to have a very healthy lifestyle.

Cranberry trail mix granola

Ingredients
- 2 cup oat
- 1/2 cup cranberry trail mix ((I used the brand Nice!))
- 1/3 cup canola oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp agave syrup
- 1/2 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix every ingredients in a big bowl.
- Place on a cooking sheet and bake for 20 minutes at 400°F.
