Simple and delicious smoothie with lucuma.
- Place the frozen banana (cut into pieces) in a blender, my favorite is the Ninja Blender, add the mango, lucuma powder and plant-based milk. Mix. Start with push, then medium then high. When it’s homogeneous, serve in a bowl.
- For the topping, dust with chia seeds and granola, cut in slices a kiwi and place it on the top.
