Crusted nachos chicken with avocado and spinach

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 handfuls nachos chips
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes
  • 1 egg
  • Baby spinach
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/2 red onion
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Place the nachose in a food storage bag and break the pieces in a small pieces with a rolling pin. Pour in a plate and add paprike and chili flakes, mix. Preheat the oven at 400°F.
  2. Cut the chicken breasts in tenderloins. Break the egg in a bowl and cover the chicken with eggs, then, place it in the plate with nachos crumb mix and cover with it.
  3. Place on baking sheet covered with parshment paper and place in the oven at 400°F for 20-25 minutes.
  4. During this time, prepare your salad, cut the avocado and onion in slices and wash baby spinach, add salt and pepper and a drizzle of olive oil. Serve with the chicken!
