  • 1 cauliflower
  • 1 broccoli
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella or Swiss cheese
  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 6 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper

  1. Wash the cauliflower and broccoli, cut into large florets. Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Cook broccoli and cauliflower in boiling water for 10 minutes. When the vegetables are cooked, drain and place in a baking dish.
  2. Pre-heat the oven at 400°F.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter on medium heat. Add flour and whisk until you get some kind of cream. Then, gradually add the milk by mixing with the whisk. Salt and pepper. Be careful that the preparation is salty because the vegetables are not. When the mixture begins to thicken a little, pour half of the cheese and stir until it has melted. Remove form heat and pour over vegetables. Add the rest of the cheese on top and place in the oven for 30 minutes.
