Spring spelt salad with broccoli and radish

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup peas
  • 10 radishes
  • 1 cup uncooked spelt
  • 3 tbsp chopped chive
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper


  1. Cut in small pieces the broccoli and cook it. Cook the peas and cook the spelt (check the package to know how many time) then, rinse with cold water. 
  2. Cut in slices the radishes and chop the chive.
  3. Place all the ingredients in a big salad bowl and mix with the olive oil, lemon juice and salt and pepper.
