This kiwi and goji overnight is one of my favorite breakfast! Perfect for on-the-go and super simple to make. I always have all the ingredients to make it in my kitchen.
Hey you! It’s been a while I haven’t post anything! The Covid crisis + other difficult moments were too much for me. I needed a break. During that time (in short), I came back to France to be closer to my family that I haven’t seen for a long time. Because of the waiting time for my visa, I’ve been in France since October. I want to be short but I took the opportunity to work more on my skills as a photographer and I worked a lot. Now, I want too add some personal work on my schedule and create recipes. I love to share what I cook, so here I am! I hope you will like all these new recipes.
I found that coming back here with a recipe that I love made a lot of sense, especially with this kiwi and goji overnight. I think I started to make this recipe when I was at the University. I would prepare it in a glass jar and take it with me when I had a class very early. I ate it when I arrived at the university or on the subway. I was preparing it the day before, like that no problem! Because breakfast is something very important for me! I really need it, ahah.
What do you need for this recipe?
– Kiwi 🥝
– Dried goji berries
– Non dairy milk
– Agave syrup or honey
– Chia seeds
Pretty simple, no? A few years ago these ingredients were still a bit new but now I think they are quite common and can be found everywhere even at Walmart. If you want to swap the kiwi for another fruit, don’t hesitate! What I also like about this recipe are the goji berries which will no longer have that “dry” aspect. I also put them to soak all night and they are very good like that.

Delicious and simple breakfast with kiwi, goji berries and almond milk. It’s vegan and very healthy to start your day!
- 2/3 cup quick oats
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp agave syrup
- 3 kiwis
- 3 tbsp goji berries
- 2 cups almond milk
- Peel and cut the kiwis into small pieces.
- Place all the ingredients in a jar with the kiwi pieces and mix. Place overnight in the fridge.
