Overnight chia with almond milk and mango

  • In a 16 ounces jars, pour the quick oat, chia seeds, agave syrup and almond milk. Mix well a good minute with a spoon.
  • For the mango cream: in a mixer, add a half mango and 2 tbsp water, mix. Add this on the top of the overnight preparation. And some strawberries slice.
  • Let it overnight on the fridge.


You can add anything you want on the top of your overnight, blueberries, kiwi or nothing. Sometime, when I know I will be at home to eat it, I put nothing on it and in the morning I add some banana slices, very delicious!
